An early morning walk around Tanjong Pagar and China Town area saw many interesting early morning activities and hidden corners in the area. One of these is the "kulis" having a simple meal along the walkways.
Guess there's lots to be discovered when some time is spend on foot without having to worry about the car park attendant leaving a ticket on the windscreen.
