Hidden in the vicinity of Changi Village is wonderful food outlet that served delicious / unique meals surrounded by items of yester-years. Bowls with spoons bearing the old rooster design added to the meal of the good old days.
The unique dishes served in traditional ways added to the dining delight. THe must try Owner's Dad seafood pasta dish .... know as "The Ocean Tales" gave diners all the reasons (or excuses) to be back for more.
