
Clarissa-Anne's Godpa was in town for a few days and took the opportunity to cook-up something for dinner. With recipe at hand, Patrick De Silva single-handedly, wipe up a black vinegar pig trotters dish. It was yummy !!! With dinner starting at THE EARTH HOUR, most of the lights were turned off, leaving only a dim dinning light for a lovely "candle-light" brightness dinner complete with a bottle of ice wine and good company

It was certinly a lovely evening, catching up with the hazzle of life !!!
